Cloud Island Pilates was inspired by the dreamy island of Bequia (dubbed the Island of the Clouds by the Indigenous Arawak people) and a deep-seated belief that all beings deserve to move joyfully, regardless of body size, experience level, and previous relationship to exercise.
Our aim is to build an inclusive Pilates community in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and to bring people together through the joy of movement. Whether you’re a newbie or an experienced mover, all are welcomed to join this blossoming community. We want to unite people through the love of movement and we wholeheartedly believe that Pilates not only strengthens the body, but it strengthens the heart and mind as well.
