Cloud Island Pilates
is a Pilates community based in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. The vision for Cloud Island Pilates was born on the island of Bequia during an afternoon daydream session under a manchineel tree in Lo’Bay.
Bequia (BEK-way) translates to “Island of the Clouds” in the ancient language of the Arawak people who are indigenous to this land.
The Mission
of Cloud Island Pilates is to create space for joyful, intuitive, and inclusive movement that strengthens the bodies, minds, and hearts of people in St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
Welcome to Cloud Island Pilates located on the dreamy island of Bequia. In fact, Bequia is so dreamy that the Arawak people named it the “Island of the Clouds”.
Here at Cloud Island Pilates the only thing we take seriously is our joy. Cloud Island Pilates classes are designed to make you feel like you’re walking on a cloud, with a focus on fun, inclusivity, and feeling good in your body, mind, and heart.
Whether you're here to stretch, strengthen, or simply find a little peace of mind, every class is an invitation to experience movement in a way that’s as playful and vibrant as you are.

Meet the Founder
Hi there! I’m Faith, the founder of Cloud Island Pilates, and I’m so excited to share this space with you. It is a privilege to bring my Pilates practice to my favorite place on earth, the tiny island nation of St. Vincent & the Grenadines! I’m on a mission to make movement joyful, accessible, and empowering for every body.
Kind Words
“I was brand new to Pilates when I had my first few sessions with Faith. She was patient with all my questions and clear with her instructions for a newbie. She creates a positive learning environment that’s non-judgmental and welcoming.”
